These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Gurukulya platform, including the Admin System, Parents App, Tutors App, and Partner (Driver) App. By using Gurukulya, institutions agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Usage

Gurukulya is designed for use by educational institutions and their authorized users. Usage must comply with applicable laws and institutional policies.

2. Account Responsibility

Institutions are responsible for managing user roles, access permissions, and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials across all users.

3. Data Ownership

All institutional data remains the property of the respective school. Gurukulya acts as a technology provider and processes data on behalf of the institution.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or use the system for non-educational or unlawful purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and performance. However, Gurukulya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gurukulya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or security risks.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Gurukulya indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
